WC-12 Clear Casting Resin

Neill’s Materials introduce our very own WC-12, a crystal clear resin that is easy to use and great for a wide variety of clear casting applications. Similar to our WC-7 but has a longer working time for larger pours. It has a low viscosity and 1:1 mix ratio by weight. WC-12 offers superior “polish-ability” in comparison to other clear resins and is able to achieve maximum shine in your finished parts. WC-12 Clear Properties – High Impact – High Gloss – Optically Clear Casting – Can be Dyed or Pigmented – 15 Minute Work Time – 45-90 Minute Demold Time – Shore D80 – Mix 1:1 by Weight – Mercury-free Formulation Notes Vacuum or pressure is recommended to achieve 100% bubble free castings but minimal bubbles can be achieved by slowly mixing and pouring the resin. Off ratio mixing of WC-12 may produce hazy or frosted parts. Part B may thicken and need to be warmed before use.
