Product Details The 1/2 Goldback is the smallest denomination of voluntary, spendable 24-karat gold currency, introduced in 2019 to facilitate small, everyday transactions. Each 1/2 note contains 1/2000 troy oz (0.0005 oz) of .9999 fine gold, with designs honoring local state virtues. They are not U.S. legal tender but are accepted by some vendors. Designs our choice.
